Wet room installation

We strongly believe in the quality of our service and product, the prices we charge are relevant to this. We dont do cheap work so do not charge cheap prices. 

To ensure the longevity of your bathroom we will only fit items that have been supplied through our trusted suppliers. We use a 3rd party showroom (www.castlewaterbathrooms.com) to provide suites and tiles. An appointment can be made at the showroom for you to pick your items. A cad drawing will also be provided

We as a company are 100% certain of the quality of the products we supply and the quality of our installations, we back this up with the best guarantee in the industry. When you spend a lot of money on your bathroom you want a company to fit it who believes in their own work

This should be a given but many companies out there dont have the correct/any insurance. As a customer you should check this before you choose anybody to work in your home. If things go wrong, which happens you want to be certain the company have the means to fix things

On average it usually takes between 10 and 15 working days to install a full wet room/walk in shower. This can very though due to your personal requirements

Its very difficult to put a figure on a typical Wet Room installation as there are so many variables. The best way forward is to book a site visit where we can assess your property fully and provide you with a full written quotation.

As a company we have taken the decision NOT to fit customers own suites anymore after coming across too many quality issues

To a degree we do. If we call to do a site survey we can help/advise you on the best layout to get the most out of your space

We offer a 12 month warranty on all installations. A warranty will also be provided on any products SUPPLIED by SK Featherstone

If SK Featherstone are supplying your bathroom suite then yes a CAD design can be provided. This will be arranged through a third party bathroom showroom who we currently use for products.

On average the lead time is around 4 weeks although this can vary.

No we do not take deposits. We do take staged payments throughout the works. This will be bespoke amounts depending on the cost of your installation. This will be covered before we start your installation.
